Our building process ensures defect-free gas manifolds and gas cabinets. Safety features are a top priority in our gas cabinet and gas panel construction. Gas cabinets provide a centralized location for gas cylinders and regulators, as pipelines flow gases to output locations throughout your systems. A centralized gas system provides optimal control over gas output, rate and pressure thereby reducing the chance of leaks.
With a centralized gas cabinet system, gas cylinders can be fully utilized, cylinder changes are convenient, and production runs smoother with fewer interruptions. For example, if the main gas cylinder supply runs low and drops below a specified PSI setting, reserve cylinders begin pumping through the regulator.
The cylinders hook up to manifolds with check valves and purge assemblies to maintain the delivery system and eliminate contaminants. Using a centralized set up, exhausted cylinders easily replace within a clean environment.
Axenics’ team of experts regularly produces end-to-end gas box delivery systems, customized to our clients’ specifications. Our team can assist you with the design and engineering of the gas boxes, and we handle assembly and testing steps in-house. Then, the gas cabinet arrives at your location ready for installation.
A manifold is a gas (or liquid) distribution system or device used to bring many junctions into a single place, or to bring a single channel into an area where many points meet. When you discuss specific goals for a gas delivery system with us, we help devise the most reliable components, facilitating the elimination of potential problem points. Depending on your system’s requirements, we can install instruments such as pressure gauges and switches into gas manifolds.
With a centralized gas manifold system, you’re in an ideal place to maintain control over gas and chemical output, rate and pressure. Each of your gas delivery systems will be expertly designed, engineered, assembled and tested by Axenics’ cross-trained team of experts.
We customize much of our gas work for clients. For example, you may need a system that includes chemical or gas temperature fluctuations. Based on your configurations, we can build heated systems using a special tape covering the tubing and valves. This tactic keeps the system heated to the point where chemicals are not able to solidify while in transfer.
We produce clean welds to stop contaminants from getting into your semiconductor manufacturing tube or pipe systems. Our TIG welders produce welds with miniscule tolerances that are also free of discontinuities and defects.
As microchips get smaller, they require more sophisticated fabrication equipment. There is no room for dirty welds. High oxidation leads to excess contamination of the component systems where the tubes connect. That’s why we provide high purity welding services using manual TIG welding and orbital TIG welding processes.
These welding services produce the cleanest welds to join tubes and fittings. We ensure that the weld bead has fully penetrated the tubing inner wall, providing a superior weld that won’t lead to contamination, or leaks of fabricated components. Consistent high quality and high purity welds are a must for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. When the chip fabrication process includes subsystems built with clean welds, we reassure you that each chip will be clean and meet specifications each time when placed into a device.
We bend tubes to your exact specifications for simple and complex semiconductor assemblies. This ensures potentially-dangerous chemicals, gases and liquids flow through your systems efficiently, effectively and safely.
Tube bending is the best way to ensure tubes are free from any deformities, including wrinkling. We reduce wrinkling imperfections using a cold bending process that relies on the right draw speed, proper clamp die, pressure from the backing block, and the best insertion depth for the mandrel.
